Frequently Asked Questions
1. When will my order ship?
I try to ship out all orders on Mondays, once a week, regardless of when your order was placed during a week.
2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. This usually means 2-3 days of delivery during normal times, but due to the pandemic, there may be delays.
International orders are a bit trickier due to different regulations, delays and customs protocol in each country - in general, they should take 10-14 days but things have become more unpredictable due to the pandemic.
3. Why haven’t I received my order yet?
Please be patient with postal delivery these days - due to staff shortage and restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic, there may be mild to severe delays with delivery.
It can currently take up to 2-3 months for international order in some cases, so please hold on tight!
If you need your international order to arrive earlier, I can use DHL which seems to have been stable in their shipping time.

4. How long does Hand-embellished print order take to ship?
Hand-embellished orders are usually made to order. I try to get them shipped out within a week, but sometimes it may take longer, depending on the volume of hand-embellished orders I receive each week.
5. Why is shipping so expensive/slow to my country?
I try to keep international shipping affordable by using First Class Mail International. Unfortunately, the tracking and insurance of delivery isn’t as guaranteed as Priority Mail or Priority Express, or other carriers. If you’d like faster delivery, please contact me to arrange alternate shipping methods.
6. How are your prints and originals packaged?
Most prints are packaged in a cardboard mailing tubes - in my experience of shipping prints for over 17 years, this has proven to be the most effective at preventing bends or damages to the prints.
Occasionally when combined with other orders, these prints will be shipped flat as well.
Smaller prints, when ordered on their own or with other similar sizes, will be shipped flat in a cardboard envelope, sandwiched in more cardboard layers. For domestic US orders, these will be once again placed inside a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope provided by the USPS.
Originals are also carefully packaged in layers of protection.
Most of my packaging materials are recycled and/or recyclable.
6. Can I combine orders for shipping?
Yes, you can! If you happened to have made a mistake in your orders and had to make several orders, I can combine them for you and refund the excess shipping charges.
Please bear in mind certain items cannot be shipped together, e.g sculptures and prints, due to their shapes and sizes.
7. I got a wrong item / I have something missing in my package.
First off, I’m so sorry!!! Sometimes this one-person operation gets things mixed up when there are too many orders for my brain to process.
Please contact me immediately here or directly at stellaimhultberg.shop [at] gmail [dot] com, and I will replace them for you at no extra cost!
8. My package came damaged / I think my package is lost.
Due to the nature of artworks (and because I'm a one-person artist business), please order at your own risk for all international orders!!!
If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different carrier.
I am not responsible for the packages lost due to USPS. Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over its transit. Lost packages are huge losses for me as well, but I might be able to replace your print on a case-by-case basis.
I try my best to replace unembellished, open edition prints can be replaced, and even hand-embellished prints on occasion, but please note that there might be additional shipping charges for replacements.
9. Can I return my order for refund or exchange it for something else?
Due to the nature of artworks, refunds and/or exchanges can only be made on a case-by-case basis (see above occasions of damage).
10. Do you take my credit card? Do you take PayPal?
Orders are processed safely through Shopify, which accepts all major credit cards. If you'd like to arrange a Paypal payment for your order, please contact me.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping rates are per weight.
Domestic Shipping Rates will range around $9-$25 per order depending on quantity, and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, rated per weight, ranging from $25 and up.

Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Portland OR once a week (usually midweek).
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery within the continental USA, and 1 - 3 weeks for delivery on international orders.*
* NOTICE : due to restrictions, there are countries that cannot be shipped to from the US. Alternative shipping arrangements can be made if your country doesn't accept USPS parcels by contacting me.
Availability
All open edition prints, despite its "unlimitedness", might not be available after some time.
This means that the edition will be finite at some point, but still not limited to a certain number.
Please be aware that we may discontinue some prints or make some new ones available as time goes by.
Colors
Please note that, despite my best efforts to accurately display the colors and details of all originals and prints, they may still appear slightly different in person, depending on your monitor settings.
STUDIO SALE
On occasion, I will be putting up a handful of small originals for sale, maybe once or more a year (one usually coming up before the holidays).
Most of the small originals will be studies and doodles from my time in the studio throughout the year.
